*Note: Classes are Age OR Skill-based at the parent/caregivers discretion, and inclusive of all levels and abilities.

We are sensitive to individual child development and understand that all children develop at different paces. We are flexible with regard to age and skill inclusion. Exercise should be a positive experience – it’s not just about improving physical skills, but also about mental and emotional well being. Children are welcome to join class based on skill level, but also may join a class with age appropriate peers if this is better suited.
